I started searching for a home for my family in Mountain Home neary one full year before I was fortunate to connect with Michele. During that time I researched real estate groups and read several realtor bios and customer reviews. I finally reached out to three realtors I felt would be a good fit to assist my family with our search for the perfect home. Each realtor emailed or texted briefly upon receiving my inquiry, but never followed up. It was lucky for me that Michele was the listing agent for a home I discovered on Zillow. I emailed Michele directly and she was quick to respond and took my phone call right away.

Michele represented both parties of our transaction and I felt I could trust her intentions through the entire process. She did a wonderful job at keeping both buyer and seller happy through a transaction which could have become emotional and stressful. Michele even cleaned out our house herself and made sure we would have utilities on when we arrived, due to a little mix up in the seller's transfer of the home.

Our transaction was completed virtual/remote and I feel like I already have a friend in Mountain Home despite not yet meeting Michele in person. If we complete a real estate transaction in the future, we will absolutely call Michele.
